Coordinated Primary and Internal Medicine for Adults

Leal Medical Center provides routine, preventive and ongoing medical care for adults, with walk-in access during regular office hours. The clinical team can review health concerns, medications and follow-up needs and coordinate referrals or additional services when appropriate. Immigration medical exams and checkups are also performed by physicians certified for this process.

Primary Care With Coordinated Follow-Up

A visit may include review of medical history and medications, assessment of current concerns, preventive guidance and a care plan based on the provider’s evaluation. Home visits may be available for eligible Medicare patients in South Florida.

24/7 Phone Guidance

The medical center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Phone guidance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at (305) 246-1265. After-hours calls are reviewed so the team can guide the patient on the appropriate next step.

Before Your Appointment

Bring a photo ID, insurance card, current medication list and relevant records or referrals. Coverage and eligibility should be confirmed before the visit. For a medical emergency, call 911.
