Accessible communication
When needed for effective communication, we can coordinate reasonable aids and services for people with disabilities, such as qualified interpreters or information in alternative formats.
Language assistance
People whose primary language is not English may request free language assistance services, including qualified interpreters and translated information when appropriate.
